我國是世界******的青霉素生產基地之一6-APA是最重要的半合成抗生素原料,通常由青霉素工業(yè)鉀鹽經酶裂解制得。針對青霉素料液熱敏、極易降解、發(fā)酵液固含量高、分離難度等特點,廈門福美科技有限公司采用陶瓷膜+卷式超濾+卷式納濾濃縮的全膜法組合技術工藝,配合酶解工藝由青霉素直通6-APA,全面改進6-APA的生產工藝。工藝流程如下圖所示:


 運用全膜分離技術工藝的優(yōu)點如下:

1、采用陶瓷膜微濾+卷式超濾技術,替代轉鼓工序及萃取、反萃取工序,提高濾液質量的同時完全取消溶媒和破乳劑的使用,降低生產成本,改善生產環(huán)境,降低環(huán)保壓力。

2、采用卷式納濾技術,替代傳統(tǒng)的結晶工藝,超濾液在壓力的驅動下通過納濾膜,青霉素被截留濃縮,達到裂解底物濃度要求,直接裂解得到6-APA,縮短整體生產工藝,提高系統(tǒng)收率。

3、自動化程度好,程序化控制,運行穩(wěn)定。
