將膜分離技術用于中藥浸膏的制備,克服了傳統(tǒng)工藝制備中存在的浸膏崩解緩慢、含雜質量高等缺點,縮短了生產(chǎn)周期,提高了浸膏中有效成分的量和藥效,顯著減少了服用量。
將膜分離技術用于刺五加浸膏的純化精制,先將刺五加浸膏加純化水稀釋至總黃酮量為 15 mg/mL,然后用板框過濾器經(jīng)濾紙、微孔濾膜 ( 0.45μm) 分別進行預過濾,120 ℃ 熱壓 30 min,再用板框過濾器經(jīng)微孔濾膜過濾,再經(jīng)過截留分子質量為 20kDa 的中空纖維超濾器過濾,濃縮,收膏,得精制刺五加浸膏。
將膜分離技術用于靈芝浸膏的制備,先用截留分子質量為 50kDa 的超濾膜 ( 聚醚砜) 對靈芝水提液進行濃縮,滲透液再用截留分子質量為 10kDa 的超濾膜( 聚丙烯腈) 進行濃縮,最后用截留分子質量為 200Da 的納濾膜 ( 醋酸纖維) 將透過 10 kDa 超濾膜的滲透液進行濃縮。將二級超濾濃縮液和納濾濃縮液合并,置于干燥鐵鍋內,于 60 ℃ 恒溫干燥箱中干燥至恒定質量后,冷卻,即得干浸膏,此法干浸膏收率為 6.892% ,干浸膏中多糖平均量為 9.212 2% ,高于傳統(tǒng)方法所得浸膏中的多糖量( 7.564 8% ) 。
采用膜分離技術富集六味地黃糖類,選擇截留分子質量為 100 kDa 的管式膜為膜分離介質, 采用膜分離技術富集后,六味地黃提取物收率由 20% 降低至 16% 左右,含總糖量由 40% 提高到 60% 以上,運用該技術提高了六味地黃質量,可減少服用量。
